Gola Ghat:
John Princep first mentioned about this ghat. Regarding the antiquity of the name of this ghat people believe that due to the big crop market (granary=gola) this ghat is known as Gola Ghat. In 20th century Kashi Nagar Parishad made the pakka ghat after which in 1988 UP government repaired it again. This ghat bears a huge socio-economic relevance for the people.
Nandeshvara/Nandu Ghat:
This ghat was made in early 20th century by the local neighborhood residents. The 19thcentury Nandiswar Temple sited here after which this ghat gets its name. In the year 1940 Dwarikanath Chakroborty, a Bengali native rebuilt the Ghat also the adjoining big palace. There appears an Akhara (wrestliing site) of the same name.
